NBI Solutions regards education essential for business development. We actively engage in various educational programs in Hong Kong, including the reputable HKGCC Business–School Partnership Program.
We provided inspiring talks in classroom, or arranged facility visit at GBA to fit the needs of students, with fun. We co-designed business project with school so the students can get a taste and gain knowledge of real-world business practice. It’s an honor for all involved when one student was rewarded the annual “outstanding report” title.
It’s inspiring to witness the growth of curious students. It’s fascinating to notice their talent, passion and creativity. Many moments have become highlights for both school and business during the learning journey.
Recently, NBI founder Vicky Wu was invited to speak at the Carmel School Hong Kong, an international school in Hong Kong. The talk focused on how the multicultural background students may empower themselves to thrive and achieve excellence in school and in life through being proud of their cultural heritage and tradition and being a devoted member in building an inspiring community.
“Third Culture” has become a phenomenon in the era of globalization, far beyond the origin from where the term TCK came about. Nowadays, many people, including adults, have chosen to live in a “third culture” environment for prosperity and achievement. It’s neither easy nor simple, but it could be thrilling. To thrive in such environments, individuals require IQ (intelligence), EQ (emotional intelligence), AQ (adaptability), and MQ (moral quotient).
Speak the Language, understand the Culture Differences and own the future through our educational program.
Chinese Culture Lessons Will Be Taught Through:
* Songs * Games * Stories * Plays * Discussions

Enhance sense of ownership of the employees, empower their capabilities and enable them to achieve the "unthinkable" goals demanded by the market.
A strong organizational culture may overcome challenges from multi-cultural dynamics within a global company. By the same token, building an resilience company culture may stablize business at volatile times, escort company through choppy waters and ultimately emerges as a winner.
