Dr. Orit Even Shoshan-Reshef is a pioneering Psychotherapist whose two decades of clinical practice have been dedicated to healing young people and teens. She holds a PsyD from The Professional School of Psychology in Sacramento, California. She is a long-time member of AGPA (American Group Psychotherapy Association) and IAGP (International Association for Group Psychotherapy), a certified Psychotherapist and educator by the Ministry of Health of Israel.
In her book “Storytelling Therapy,” Dr. Orit Even Shoshan-Reshef presents “The Kingdoms Game:” a first-of-its-kind therapy method based on using patients’ imagination as a tool for personal growth and therapy. Using her innovative method, she harnesses patients’ imagination as a therapeutic tool to project their inner dialogues and emotions in a clear, non-hostile environment. During Covid-19 pandemic, Dr. Orit Even Shoshan-Reshef provided online consultation for patients from around the world and continued seeing patients at her clinic near Tel Aviv, Israel.
In addition to clinic time, Dr. Orit Even Shoshan-Reshef has been teaching at multiple colleges and universities in Israel for students and professional trainees. She has been invited to provide workshops at international conferences annually in the US and Europe since 2014.
The courses she offers including teen mental health topics, bibliotherapy group therapy, creative reality in the therapy room.
