Vicky Wu
Vicky is a seasoned executive in global development, sales and management. She brings to the table over 25 years business experiences and success in various industries including luxury goods, med-tech, tourism, publishing, cultural and academic exchanges.
She established her company NBI Solutions in Hong Kong in 2018, to boost global business and cultural ties between Hong Kong, mainland China, Asian markets and Israel. Resources brought to the region including world top tier Israeli hospital, leading medical deep-tech startups, and tourism & urban planning architect masters. NBl Solution enables and enhances commercial cooperations through in-depth cultural understanding and efficient market communication with and for its clients and partners.
Vicky is passionate about topics in education and mental health, in addition to fostering strong global connections and inspiring younger generations.
Vicky holds an Executive MBA from Peking University Guanghua School of Management, graduated with honor of “Outstanding Thesis." She earned her bachelor’s degree in international business administration from Schille International University, and a diploma in hotel management/food and beverage management, both in Switzerland. She was PMP® certified in project management of 2020-2023.

Cecilia is a Hong Kong native with a strong background in sales and marketing. Her can-do attitude has opened new doors and opportunities for the ambitious goals and programs of NBI Solutions. Communication, negotiation and social media are her passion as well as her strength.
Cecilia holds a BA in business communication from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan).

Arie has established Rahamimoff Architects in Israel with his wife Salme after graduated from The Technical University in Helsinki, Finland in 1969. Arie was the chairman of the Israel World Heritage Committee for UNESCO between 2011-2014. Arie had also lectured in Israel, USA, Europe and India, including Bezalel Academy of Arts & Design, Jerusalem, The Faculty of Architecture and Town-Planning, Technion in Haifa and Harvard University between 1970-2000.
Conservation, sustainability, climatic design, cultural, economical and social issues have always been leading considerations in planning process, and an expertise of the Rahamimoff Architects.
In the past 30 years, the office has won 8 first prizes in Israeli and international competitions, including multiple State-Level projects in Israel and China.

Sara has headed Jerusalem-based strategic communications firm Lead Story Plus, Ltd., representing NGOs and businesses with a meaningful stake in advancing Israel and enhancing the Jewish world for over 20 years. A Former Research Director at AIPAC in Washington, DC, and an editor at The Jerusalem Report, she lectures at IDC-Herzliya. She holds a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia School of International and Public Affairs and a BA from Barnard College.

In 1999 Nurit trained and worked in community mediation in the Mediation Program in the County of Santa Clara and in the City of Palo Alto in California, USA as well as in restorative justice and parent teen mediation. In 2002 Nurit founded the Mosaica Center Conflict Resolution by Agreement (MoCCRA) and today she is instrumental in introducing models of positive communication through community mediation centers and by working directly with public as well as private sectors in Israel.
